3rd match

For the third SMC, the muskateers Ian, Neil & Tim made their way, swishing those clubs, to the course on Sunday afternoon (just to mix it up a bit).

A new rule was introduced - each player who wins an SMC loses a shot from their number of shots given and for each loss, a player gets an extra shot.

The game was a bit slow because of traffic ahead and we slipped from the 5th green to the 9th tee in order to steer around the trouble.

Thus, the challenge was reduced to a 15 hole shoot-out and it came down to the final hole. A par on the 18th was enough for Tim to clinch victory and move into a 2-1 lead.

No game on the weekend of 29-30 September due to the BIG event in Paris for the great Unknown (and the playing of the Ryder Cup)...
